By creating an account, accessing, or using the Adflow platform (“Service”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
These Terms apply to all users, including media houses, advertisers, agencies, and any other visitors or users who access or use the Service.
Adflow is an online marketplace that connects media houses with advertisers and advertising agencies. The platform enables:

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or your organisation. Accounts registered on behalf of a business must have proper authorisation.
Media Houses are responsible for ensuring that all listed inventory is accurate, available, and compliant with applicable broadcasting regulations. Media houses must honour confirmed bookings and promptly notify the platform of any schedule changes.
Advertisers and Agencies are responsible for ensuring that all uploaded creative materials comply with applicable laws, regulations, and broadcasting standards. You represent and warrant that your advertisements do not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights and do not contain misleading, defamatory, or prohibited content.
All bookings made through the Adflow platform are subject to availability confirmation from the media house. A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of the required payment and explicit confirmation from the media house.
The Adflow platform, including its technology, design, content, trademarks, and logos, is owned by Adflow and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service without prior written consent.
By uploading creative content to the platform, you grant Adflow a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, store, and display that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
You agree not to engage in any of the following activities:
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Adflow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Adflow's total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to Adflow in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Adflow, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
Adflow reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that Adflow believes violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, Adflow, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kenya, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nairobi, Kenya.
Adflow reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. When changes are made, we will update the “Effective Date” at the top of this page and notify registered users by email. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
